What I found amazing was that just by sending Dr. Neeta the name of the company / business venture I was provided with an in-depth insight into the strengths, weaknesses, problem areas and road blocks, which are the areas usually taken into consideration while defining strategies for growth. Her technique even revealed the effects of recent top level management decisions.
